Tripleknot third time on the Tour of Homes is even more charming.

July 25, 2015

On the past three Tour of Homes, Tripleknot Townhomes has set a high standard for excellence with two entries that each won three awards in their respective categories. In the $550,000-$700,000 price range in 2012, we picked up awards for:

    • Best Architectural Design
    • Best Master Suite
    • Best of Show

In 2014, we scored thrice again in the $575,000-$650,000 category with:

    • Best Architectural Design
    • Best Kitchen
    • Best of Show

But on this year’s Tour, which concludes this weekend, we didn’t settle for another triple win. In the $525,000-$600,000 category, our new 2,362-square-foot, single-level, sales office collected a fab foursome of awards, including:

    • Best Feature
    • Best Kitchen
    • Best Interior Finish
    • Best of Show

The “Best Feature” award was earned for the outdoor living space that soaks up the morning sun, as well as the soothing sound of the nearby neighborhood waterfall. But our most treasured prize of the bunch has to be receiving Best of Show for the third time running. It truly says we’re offering an outstanding overall product in a very popular price range.

Of course, being located in the resort community of Tetherow means Tripleknot is right in the thick of the summer fun. Virtually outside your door are activities like:

    • Golf on David McLay Kidd’s award-winning championship course.
    • Mountain biking on Phil’s Trail adjacent to the community.
    • Fly-fishing and paddling on the nearby Deschutes River.

And downtown Bend, with its incredible dining and events – like this Saturday’s Cascade Cycling Classic Twilight Criterium – is just three roundabouts away.

Phase 3 Now Open

Sure, it’s going to be another busy summer weekend in Bend. But with prices starting at just $589,750 – and only a handful of single- and two-story layouts left – you owe it to yourself to see one of the biggest winners on the Tour of Homes. And while you’re at it, visit PointsWest, Arrowood Development’s other award-winning townhome neighborhood just up the road at the Seventh Mountain Resort. Either way, they’ll charm your socks off.
